REFUND POLICY

Maximum Learning aims to provide high-quality educational services and resources. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or replacements may be considered.
1. Services (Tutoring, Screenings & Advisory Sessions)
Booking Cancellations

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund and may not be rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund or extension.
Advisory & Screening Sessions

Advisory and screening sessions are time-based, insight-led services.

Once a session has taken place, it is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable, even if outcomes differ from expectations.
2. Monthly Learning Plans & Packages

Monthly packages are billed in advance and are intended to provide consistent, ongoing support.

Refunds are not provided for unused sessions within a package.

In exceptional circumstances, partial credits or adjustments may be considered at Maximum Learning’s discretion.
3. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Please ensure product descriptions are reviewed carefully before purchase.
4. Physical Products
In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):
Returns

Physical items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition where applicable.
Refunds or Replacements

Where a product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Non-Refundable Items

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Maximum Learning understands that unexpected situations may arise. Refunds or credits outside of this policy may be considered at our discretion, particularly in cases of illness or emergencies, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
