Maximum Learning is committed to ensuring that all physical learning materials are delivered in a timely, reliable, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products, including but not limited to:

  • Printed learning materials

  • Workbooks and educational resources

  • Merchandise or packaged learning tools

Digital products and downloadable resources are not subject to shipping and are delivered electronically.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary during peak periods, school holidays, or when items are produced or packaged on demand. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Areas

Maximum Learning currently ships within South Africa only, unless otherwise stated.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once an order has been dispatched are as follows:

  • Major cities and metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.

 

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier service selected

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

 

6. Courier Services

Maximum Learning uses reputable third-party courier services to deliver physical products. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier service.

Where available, tracking details will be provided to allow you to monitor your delivery.

 

7. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Maximum Learning cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs where applicable

We will assess the issue and advise on replacement or resolution where appropriate.

 

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy (if applicable). Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
